These terms govern use of the Internet forum at https://forum.streetphoto.social. To use the forum, you must agree to these terms with Street Photo Social, the organization that runs the forum.

The organization may offer other products and services under different terms. These terms apply only to use of the forum.

Important Terms

These terms include provisions that affect your rights and responsibilities, such as the disclaimers in Disclaimers, limits on the organization’s liability to you in Limits on Liability, your agreement to cover the organization for damages caused by your misuse of the forum in Your Responsibility, and an agreement to arbitrate disputes in Disputes.

Content Standards

These are the most serious violations that may result in an immediate permanent ban:

  • You may not submit content that is illegal, offensive, harassing, abusive, or hateful.
  • You may not submit content that infringes intellectual property rights, violates privacy, or breaches agreements.
  • You may not submit malicious code, such as viruses or spyware.
  • You may not use the forum to disclose confidential or personal information of others.

Enforcement

Street Photo Social reserves the right to investigate and enforce violations of these terms, including cooperating with law enforcement. The organization may modify, redact, or remove content at its discretion. To report violations, contact us.

Your Account

  • You must create an account to use certain features of the forum.
  • You must provide a valid email address and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for actions taken using your account until you close it or notify us of a compromise.

Your Content

  • You grant the organization a license to use your content for providing and managing the forum.
  • When content is removed, the organization’s license ends when the last copy disappears from backups and caches.
  • Other users may continue to use your content under any licenses you grant.
  • The organization is not liable for violations of your content licenses by others.

Your Responsibility

You agree to indemnify the organization against legal claims related to your breach of these terms. If we notify you of a claim, you must cooperate with us in handling it. We will not settle claims admitting fault on your behalf without your consent.

Disclaimers

You assume all risks of using the forum and its content. The forum is provided “as is” without warranties. The organization does not warrant services or content from third parties linked or integrated with the forum.

Limits on Liability

The organization and its suppliers are not liable for unforeseen damages. Total liability for any claims related to the forum is limited to $50.

Feedback

We welcome your feedback and suggestions. By providing feedback, you grant the organization the right to use it without compensation or notification.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, ending your permission to use the forum. The following provisions survive termination: Your Content, Feedback, Your Responsibility, Disclaimers, Limits on Liability, and General Terms.

Disputes

The laws of the United Kingdom govern any dispute related to these terms or your use of the forum.

You and the organization agree to resolve disputes in UK courts. You waive the right to participate in class actions. Arbitration may be used where applicable.

General Terms

  • If a provision is unenforceable, it should be modified to be enforceable or removed.
  • You may not assign your agreement; we may assign it in case of business transfers.
  • These terms are the entire agreement regarding use of the forum.
