I’m Marco from Vevey, Switzerland. An amateur photographer shooting with an Olympus OM-1 Mark III, I fell in love with street photography during my four years in Japan. I enjoy capturing everyday scenes that might otherwise go unnoticed. I’m seeking quiet solitude, fleeting interactions, and the small moments that give a place its unique character.
I’m still going through thousands of photographs… My workflow and archiving skills could definitely use some work! I’d love to connect with other photographers, go on street photography walks together, and maybe one day see some of my pictures published or exhibited alongside others.
A street photographer from Ayrshire. I shoot in colour but love black and white and chasing the light.
I shoot with my Olympus with a prime 25mm lens and don’t generally change this lens as I find it tests me and also allows me to compare old and new shots.

My name is Pawel and I live in a small town in southern Poland. My journey with photography began in the analog era but true passion started about 15 years ago when I purchased my Pentax SLR camera, specifically the K20d model Currently, I shoot with a Fujifilm X5, Ricoh GRII and GR3x.
Photography helps me cope with challenges associated with my rare autoimmune disease and a bad spinal condition. Walking with a camera motivates me to go out as often as time and other obligations allow.
I am aware that my amateur photos may not matter to anyone, I still hope to find a few people who will enjoy them and leave some comments. This is why I decided to give this forum a chance.

Got back into photography a few months ago after a 16 year break, after getting a drone and quite liking using it for stills, but found it a bit too embarrassing to use, so thought I’d pick up a mirrorless to see if I liked it.
Pretty much forgotten everything I previously learned and starting from scratch again, and found I’m really enjoying street photography, among other things.

I think “Very amateur” describes me well. I was quite into photography around 15 years ago, but some ill health and other life things sort of ended up with me giving it up for a long time. I got a loan of a friend’s camera late last year and my love for it has blossomed once again.
I mainly do street photography as I don’t have an awful lot of opportunity for anything else - I’d really love to do more in the way of portraiture, but that’s a hope for somewhere down the line.

I have been working with Fujifilm for the last 10 with almost all their cameras. I experienced other brands but from the beginning of this year I moved completely to Sony a7r5
I’ve been in some great cities around the world but Edinburgh is on my top 5 for sure.
